Free Cancellation
You may cancel your reservation free of charge up to three days prior to the scheduled arrival date. This allows you to accommodate any last minute changes without having to worry about cancellation fees.
Late Cancellation Fee Policy
If you decide to cancel your reservation within three days prior to your arrival, we will apply a charge corresponding to the first night of your stay. This charge is due to the reduced possibility of rebooking the apartment at short notice.
Cancellation Process
To cancel your reservation, just contact us and let us know in whose name the reservation is made and we will proceed to cancel it.
Returns
In the event that a late cancellation fee is applied, and payment has already been made, the refund of any additional amount will be processed immediately. Depending on the payment method used, it may take a few days for the funds to be reflected in your account.
