At Areh Apartamentos, our goal is to ensure that all our guests enjoy a pleasant and peaceful stay. To achieve this, we have established some basic rules of coexistence that we ask you to respect. These standards are designed to ensure the well-being and safety of all our visitors.

No smoking

To ensure a healthy and pleasant environment for all our guests, smoking is strictly prohibited in all enclosed areas of the apartments. An extra cleaning charge of 100€ will be applied if it is detected that this rule has not been respected.

Pets

Unfortunately, we do not allow pets on the premises. This measure seeks to preserve the hygiene and safety of both our guests and staff.

Parties and Noise Disturbances

It is forbidden to organize parties and make noises that may disturb other guests. We value the rest and tranquility of all our visitors, so we ask to maintain a respectful noise level at all times.

Visiting hours

Visits are welcome until 10:30 pm. Any visit after this time may incur an additional charge to your stay, as it is considered an additional overnight stay.

Mandatory Identification

For security reasons, all guests must present a valid ID at check-in. This measure is essential to ensure safety inside the housing.

Respect for the Rules of Coexistence
